Youth ministry is beautiful… but honestly, it can be exhausting sometimes
You carry out relational ministry.
Listen to the youths.
Prepare activities.
Pray for the youths.
Follow people up.
Try to keep the core team active.
Then you plan a programme… and only a few youths show up.
Some days, growth in ministry doesn’t look loud.
It simply looks like showing up again.
Serving again.
Encouraging again.
Praying again.
And sometimes, smiling even when you’re tired.
But never underestimate the small sacrifices you make in youth ministry.
Every conversation, every prayer, every act of consistency matters more than you think.
Even when results are not immediate, seeds are being planted 🌱
So this week, don’t lose your passion for young people.
Keep serving. Keep loving. Keep leading.
God still works through faithful youth leaders in quiet seasons, too.
