Last Week of Advent
As we reach the final week of Advent, we stand at the threshold of Christmas with hearts ready to receive Christ. This is a moment of waiting with trust, not passive waiting, but active readiness. God is faithful, and His promises are fulfilled in quiet, humble ways.
Like Mary, we are invited to say yes, yes to God’s plan, yes to His timing, yes to carrying Christ into the world through our words, actions, and service. For our youths and parish communities, this week is a reminder that God is already at work, even when we do not see it clearly.
As Christmas draws near, let us prepare not just our celebrations, but our hearts. May our lives make room for Jesus, so that when He comes, He finds faith, love, and obedience alive in us.
Come, Lord Jesus. We are ready.
